What are your hours of operation?
All Shine Time Super Wash locations are open 7 days a week from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Hours may vary on holidays.
How do I cancel my Super Wash Club membership?
You can cancel your membership by visiting any Shine Time location in person or by emailing us at support@shinetimesuperwash.com. Please allow at least 7 days before your next billing date for cancellation to take effect.
Can I use my membership at any location?
Yes! Your Super Wash Club membership works at all 12 Shine Time locations across Alabama and Mississippi. Your RFID tag will be recognized automatically at any of our tunnels.
What if I have a problem with my car wash?
If you're not satisfied with your wash, please contact us immediately. We stand behind our service and will make it right. You can speak with an attendant on-site, call us, or use the contact form above.
Do you offer fleet accounts for businesses?
