Super Wash Club Terms and Conditions
Automatic Billing & Payment
The credit card provided will be automatically charged monthly. By signing up, members waive rights to withhold payment. Memberships will be deactivated if payment cannot be processed.
Cancellation Policy
Members must submit cancellation requests in person or via email at support@shinetimesuperwash.com. Please allow a minimum of seven days prior to the next billing date for cancellation to take effect. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused memberships.
Member Responsibilities
Customers must notify Shine Time of any contact or billing changes including address, email, or credit card information. Valid email addresses must be maintained to receive membership updates.
RFID Tag Ownership
Super Wash Club RFID tags remain the exclusive property of Shine Time Super Wash. Tampering with or inconsistent use of RFID tags will result in immediate membership termination and forfeiture of all payments made.
Company Rights
Shine Time Super Wash reserves the right to cancel, amend, or change the Super Wash Club program as it deems necessary. Terms are subject to change without notice. Shine Time may close locations for weather, holidays, equipment failure, or maintenance without compensation.
Electronic Communications Consent
By becoming a member, you consent to receive communications via email and text message at the contact information provided. These communications may include membership updates, service notifications, and promotional offers. You may opt out of these communications at any time by visiting any Shine Time location or emailing support@shinetimesuperwash.com.
Car Wash Disclaimer
Non-Covered Damage
Shine Time Super Wash is not responsible for damage to the following: rear windshield wipers, antennas, side mirrors, badging, emblems, wheel covers, center caps, moon-roofs, sun-roofs, bug-shields, loose parts, molding, body damage, scratches, non-factory installed items, and bike or luggage racks.
Additional Exclusions
We are not liable for collisions resulting from braking or driving while in the wash tunnel. Additionally, damages to vehicles over 5 years old may not be covered.
Customer Preparations Required
Before entering the car wash, customers must: turn off windshield wipers, remove or lower antennas, clear truck beds of debris, and close all tailgates securely.
